Dr.
Elliott's research interests include data management using GIS and
internet surveying methodologies, and the measurement of physical
activity. Dr. Elliott is currently using internet surveying to examine the
relationship between the environment for physical activity and nutrition,
and BMI in a nationwide sample of post-partum adolescents. Dr. Elliott
serves as the data manager for both the Obesity Prevention Center and the
Prevention Research Center at the Saint Louis University. Dr. Elliott has
extensive experience with managing the data for large community studies
funded by the National Cancer Institute, the American Cancer Society, and
the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases.
