Louise Meret-Henke, PhD
Assistant Professor, Department of Health Management and Policy, Division of Health Policy

Dr. Meret-Hanke recently joined the Division of Health Policy in the School of Public Health at Saint Louis University. She received her Ph.D. in Health Policy and Administration from the Pennsylvania State University in 2008. While a graduate student at Penn State, she taught classes in health policy. Before undertaking her graduate studies in the U.S., Dr. Meret-Hanke was Executive Director of a home and community-based agency proving services to the frail elderly and disabled adults.

Dr. Meret-Hanke's research interests include long-term care policy, particularly home and community-based services for the frail elderly, and the role of assisted living in the long-term care continuum. She teaches Health Care Organization and the Health Policy Capstone Seminar.
