Dr. O'Neall's interests and training are in community health
planning and administration, organizational management, strategic
planning, and holistic and culturally based healing practices. She
teaches the course in Health Planning and Marketing, and has
previously taught Public Health Administration and Systems of Health
and Healing. Her research and service projects in the School of Public
Health include the Ryan White HIV Health Care Services Planning
Council Office, and participation on the Prevention Research Center
and Evidence-Based Public Health teams. Dr. O'Neall is a member of the
American Public Health Association, Missouri Public Health Association
(St. Louis Chapter), American Sociological Association and the
Community Development Society.
