Mr.
Serrano teaches in the area of environmental politics and policy. His research
interests include environmental movements and the politics of natural resource
use in the United States and Latin America. He has given numerous talks and
lectures on international environmental issues. In addition, he coordinates
training courses and research projects related to lead poisoning prevention
and abatement. He is a member of the American Planning Association.
